USAGE RESTRICTIONS

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Greens Medi or its content suppliers and are subject to copyright protections and /or other intellectual property rights or licenses held by Greens Medi.

The user may not access, display, use, download, and/or otherwise copy or distribute content obtained on this website for marketing and/or other purposes, without the consent of Greens Medi. You cannot access or use the Greens Medi website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Harassment in any manner or form or by obscene or abusive language is strictly forbidden.

PRODUCT DISPLAY

At Greens Medi, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products. We have done our very best to display our items as accurately as possible on the Site and/or Social Media platforms, however, variations in style, colour, size, shape and look may occur. We cannot be held liable for colours that appear different, due to the display settings on customer devices, as well as different fabric dyelots. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our Shipping & Returns policy or email hello@greensmedi.co.za for further assistance.

All prices displayed exclude VAT. VAT and shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

When purchasing from our online store, the customer shall adhere to our Shipping and Returns policy found on our site.

MADE-TO-ORDER / PERSONALISED ORDERS (CORE & LUX SCRUBS RANGES)

By purchasing from the GREENS MEDI Core Scrubs Range or Lux Scrubs Range, customers acknowledge that they are placing a made-to-order and personalised garment request.

Garments in these ranges are not pre-manufactured or held as ready stock. Each item is cut, sewn, and produced only after an order has been placed, specifically according to the size, colour, style, and optional customisations selected by the customer. As a result, every order constitutes a custom production request.

For the purposes of our policies, garments from the Core Scrubs Range and Lux Scrubs Range are therefore classified as custom / personalised items, even if no embroidery or name personalisation has been added.

By completing a purchase from these collections, customers confirm that they understand and agree that:

• The garment is made to order specifically for them.
• The order is considered a custom / personalised order request.
• Standard returns or refunds do not apply to these items.
• Exchanges, where permitted, will be handled strictly in accordance with our Exchange Policy.

We strongly encourage customers to review our size guide, product descriptions, and fabric details carefully before placing an order, and to contact our team should they require assistance selecting the correct size or style.

PRODUCTION & SUPPLY DELAYS

As all GREENS MEDI SUPPLIES garments are made to order, our production timelines are dependent on the availability of fabrics and materials from our suppliers.

While we always aim to meet our stated lead times, there may occasionally be delays due to factors beyond our control, including (but not limited to):

• Fabric shipment delays
• Supplier or manufacturing delays
• Courier or logistics disruptions
• Unforeseen production constraints

These delays do not constitute grounds for cancellation, refund, or return, as each garment is produced specifically for the customer upon order.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and accept that lead times are estimates and may be affected by external supply chain factors.

We will always communicate any significant delays and do our best to complete and deliver your order as soon as possible.

SIZING RECOMMENDATIONS

We are happy to provide sizing suggestions and assist through virtual fittings, as well as our size guide. However, the customer is still responsible for the size chosen by them. We cannot be held liable for garments that do not fit. At Greens, we strive to achieve the perfect fit. Therefore, our size guide and fit is regularly adjusted. We recommend that customers check our size guide and website to remain up-to-date on sizing changes.

GARMENT TOLERANCES

We will always ensure that our fabrics are the best quality available in the country. However, there may be slight differences in fabric weight and colour between batches and from time to time thickness can vary. As fabric is dyed in batches, colours may vary between dye lots and we cannot be held liable for shade differences between purchases. Please note: our Active fabric will soften slightly over time, due to the washing process. As each garment is custom-made and sewn, there is a tolerance of 1cm to 2cm per seam to be expected, which is completely normal. We assess all scrubs prior to shipping to ensure that they pass a high standard of quality control (QC).

EMBROIDERY

We will always strive to do our best with the fonts provided for logo embroidery. However, we cannot be held responsible for the fonts chosen. If the font is thin, this can affect the quality of the embroidery.

LOGO EMBROIDERY

Any customer of GREENS MEDI represents and warrants to GREENS MEDI that he or she has the unrestricted right to use, copy and distribute each copyright, trademark, and logo of any person or any other intellectual property in the way it is to be embroidered on or otherwise applied to the garments ordered by the customer. All customers must agree to indemnify, defend, and hold GREENS MEDI harmless from any claims, lawsuits or actions alleging that the garments ordered by the customer violate or infringe upon any rights of any third party.

It is solely the responsibility of the customer to obtain the correct legal permissions and licenses from third parties whose rights may be violated or infringed. To use any logo, trademark or copyrighted items, a customer MUST have written permission from the owner of the logo/trademark, or be an employee or authorized agent of the owner. A customer may NOT use any logo or other graphic material in a manner which may infringe copyright. GREENS MEDI cannot be held responsible for damages or any wrongdoing that the customer may cause using a logo/trademark/copyrighted items. GREENS MEDI shall not be held liable for the unauthorized or illegal use of any logo/copyright/trademark that is embroidered on or otherwise applied to garments ordered or purchased by the customer through GREENS MEDI.

CHOOSE KINDNESS ALWAYS
Good things take time. We know that it can be frustrating waiting for something you really really want and need. We however do not tolerate our staff being disrespected or shouted at while attending to queries. We will always be kind to you, please be kind to our team too. We will do the very best we can to assist you as efficiently as possible.

THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES 

At Greens Medi, we deal directly with our clients. We cannot be held responsible for purchases made on behalf of a client by a third-party company or agent. This includes, but is not limited to, errors made on behalf of the third-party company, the client's disapproval or non-acceptance of the goods, and any miscommunications between the third-party company and the client.

WASH-CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Our Active, Premium Pure Cotton, and Lux ranges are machine washable in cold water with a mild detergent.  Avoid detergents with optical brighteners as they are harmful to the colour of your garments. Bright colours to be washed separately as certain shades may run. We advise washing like colours together. Some shades may fade slightly over time. We recommend using a cool to warm press. The texture of our Pure Cotton will change slightly and may shrink due to the washing process. GREENS MEDI cannot be held liable for garments that are incorrectly washed or pressed. 

NATURAL FIBRES & WASHCARE

Certain fabrics, including our Pure Cotton, are manufactured from natural fibres. Customers acknowledge that natural fibre fabrics may soften, change texture, shrink slightly, fade, or otherwise change appearance over time and after laundering.

These characteristics are normal properties of natural fibre fabrics and do not constitute manufacturing defects.

Customers are responsible for following all provided garment care instructions. GREENS MEDI SUPPLIES cannot accept responsibility for shrinkage, texture changes, colour changes, damage, or deterioration resulting from washing, drying, ironing, stain removal processes, chemical exposure, or failure to follow care instructions.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes cannot be applied to orders already placed. The customer is responsible for entering their discount code at checkout and we cannot be held liable for this being done incorrectly. Greens Medi holds the right to cancel discount codes at the company's discretion.

By paying an invoice, the customer confirms that all details in the invoice are correct and agrees to the purchase. Should a customer want changes to the invoice, GREENS MEDI must be informed prior to payment. GREENS MEDI cannot be help liable for customers not reading and checking the invoice prior to payment. 

ORDERS

If customers send items to our factory, it is the customer's responsibility to organise collection at their own cost. We reserve the right to decline orders. 

CORRECTION OF SITE ERRORS

The information on the Greens Medi website may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. Greens Medi reserve the right to update any information they see fit at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors may relate to availability and/or product information and/or pricing. In these instances, Greens Medi have the right to terminate any orders involving inaccuracies. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

CANCELLATIONS

All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order at any time for any reason, including but not limited to pricing errors, inaccuracies in product or tax information, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues, stock availability, or where we believe an order violates applicable laws or our policies.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, we will notify you and arrange a refund of the amount paid using the original payment method or via bank transfer, as appropriate.

INDEMNITY

By use of this Site, you agree to indemnify and hold Greens Medi and its directors, subsidiaries and employees harmless from any claim or demand, as well as losses, expenses, damages and costs, resulting from any violation of these terms of service or any activity related to your account including negligent or wrongful conduct.

YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THIS SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
