I can't find the colour I want online...

As fabric colours are seasonal, we only offer online what is currently available to us from our suppliers. Unfortunately, some of our favourite colours are currently unavailable from our supply chain. However, if you are interested in a specific shade, please pop us an email as we sometimes have a few meters left in stock of past season's colours.

Help! I urgently need a set of scrubs!

We would recommend purchasing from GreensGo, our premium next-day dispatch service designed to get you the garments you need, when you need them. How do I wash my Greens scrubs?

Our Active and Premium Pure Cotton ranges are machine washable in cold water with a mild detergent. Avoid detergents with optical brighteners as they are harmful to the colour of your garments. Bright colours to be washed separately as certain shades may run. We advise washing like colours together. We recommend using a cool to warm press. GREENS MEDI cannot be held liable for garments that are incorrectly washed or pressed.

For custom orders, our standard production lead time is approximately 15 working days. South African shipping takes 1-4 days for major centres. International delivery times vary based on shipping location, customs, and product size.
