I can't find the colour I want online...

As fabric colours are seasonal, we only offer online what is currently available to us from our suppliers. Unfortunately, some of our favourite colours are currently unavailable from our supply chain. However, if you are interested in a specific shade, please pop us an email as we sometimes have a few meters left in stock of past season's colours.

How do I wash my Greens scrubs?

Our Active, Pure Cotton, and Lux ranges are machine washable in cold water with a mild detergent. Avoid detergents with optical brighteners as they are harmful to the colour of your garments. Bright colours to be washed separately as certain shades may run. We advise washing like colours together. Some shades may fade slightly over time. We recommend using a cool to warm press. Do not tumble dry. GREENS MEDI cannot be held liable for garments that are incorrectly washed or pressed.Certain fabrics, including our Pure Cotton, are manufactured from natural fibres. Customers acknowledge that natural fibre fabrics may soften, change texture, shrink slightly, fade, or otherwise change appearance over time and after laundering.These characteristics are normal properties of natural fibre fabrics and do not constitute manufacturing defects.Customers are responsible for following all provided garment care instructions. GREENS MEDI SUPPLIES cannot accept responsibility for shrinkage, texture changes, colour changes, damage, or deterioration resulting from washing, drying, ironing, stain removal processes, chemical exposure, or failure to follow care instructions.

For custom orders, our standard production lead time is approximately 15 working days. South African shipping takes 1-4 days for major centres. International delivery times vary based on shipping location, customs, and product size.

Our standard production lead time for custom orders is approximately 15 business days. For orders with embroidery, this is expected to be a few days longer.
