Orders within South Africa

GREENSGO ORDERS

GreensGo sets are sewn, packed, and ready to be sent to you. Our team will dispatch your set with the courier the next business day.

If you choose to add embroidery, the lead time will take approximately 3 - 6 working days, prior to courier collection.

Please note: GreensGo Express Shipping is charged separately from our Standard Shipping for our customisable collection. We recommend ordering from both collections separately.

SHOOT SAMPLE ORDERS

Our shoot samples are available for immediate dispatch if ordered alone. If ordered with other garments, they will be sent with the courier after production.

CUSTOM ORDERS (Core & Lux Scrubs Ranges)

Our standard production lead time is approximately 15 working days for regular orders. For orders with embroidery, this lead time is expected to be a few days longer. Public holidays and festive season shutdown are not included in this lead time.

If you have a query, please email us with your order number and we will update you on progress of your order. If there are delays, we will advise. Orders will be added to production once payment has been received.

South African National Standard door-to-door deliveries are R140. Shipping takes 1-4 days for major centres. For larger orders, please enquire about our shipping fees.

If you need your garments for a specific event or by a certain date, please let us know prior to placing your order so that we can plan accordingly.

TEAM ORDERS

For larger order quantities, our production lead time is expected to be 20 to 25 working days. However, this is dependent on order size, so please contact us at hello@greensmedi.co.za for a specific lead time for bulk orders.

DELAYS

Due to high demand for certain colours, we can experience fabric shipment delays from time to time.

Outside factors that are out of our control i. e. fabric shipment delays and loadshedding can extend lead times. Unfortunately, these are issues that we have to deal with and we cannot be held liable for these delays.

However, we will always try to do the best that we can and ensure orders are sent off timeously without compromising quality.

As Greens Medi has grown rapidly, we are currently in the process of training new staff to shorten lead times, while remaining sustainable.

If a customer is leaving the country, we cannot be held liable for items being delivered after their departure date. Please let us know prior to placing your order if you are planning on leaving the country, going on leave etc.

ABSENCE OF RECIPIENT FOR DELIVERY

GREENS MEDI SUPPLIES will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred due to the absence of/incorrect recipient or incorrect delivery address. Once an order is sent with the courier, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up on the tracking number and Greens cannot be held liable for any losses or damages incurred.

PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES

International orders will be prioritised and sent off earlier than our standard orders. Our standard production lead time is approximately 7 to 10 working days for international orders. For orders with embroidery, this lead time is expected to be a few days longer. Public holidays and festive season shutdown are not included in this lead time.

Shipping times

International delivery times vary based on shipping location, customs, and product size. For neighbouring countries, delivery may take 2 to 7 days. For countries outside of Africa, delivery may take up to 20 days.

Taxes and Duties

All customs duties, import taxes, and any other charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
GREENS MEDI will not collect these fees on your behalf. Upon delivery, the carrier may request payment of these charges before releasing the package.

Carrier Restrictions

Certain items may be prohibited or restricted by the destination country's regulations. We will notify you of any such restrictions and will not be liable for delays or cancellations resulting from non-compliance.

Liability

GREENS MEDI will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or delay caused by customs inspections, duties assessment, or any other actions taken by governmental or regulatory bodies in the destination country.
