HOW TO TAKE YOUR SCRUB MEASUREMENTS

Choosing the correct size begins with taking a few simple measurements. Accurate measurements help ensure your scrub tops and scrub pants fit comfortably and perform the way they were designed to.

To measure your chest or bust, place the measuring tape as high as possible over your shoulder blades at the back, and bring it around the fullest part of your chest or bust in the front. The tape should sit comfortably against your body without being pulled tight. This measurement helps determine the correct size for scrub tops.

For your hips, measure around the widest part of your hips while keeping the tape parallel to the floor. Some people are widest over the bottom, while others are widest over the top part of the leg. This ensures your scrub pants are crafted to sit comfortably without pulling when walking, bending, or sitting.

To choose the perfect scrub pants length, take the start of the measuring tape to where you would like your pants to end on the inner part of your leg. Some people prefer their scrub pants to end at the ankle, while others enjoy a slightly longer fit. Measure straight up along the inside of your leg up until the highest part of your inner thigh/crotch. This is your in-leg measurement.
