At Greens Medi, we run our factory as sustainably as possible. We custom-make every garment to order for the following reasons:

– Making only what we need to = Less fabric waste
92 MILLION tonnes of textiles waste is created each year! This is a huge problem for the environment and making garments to order instead of mass producing them plays a part in reducing this waste.

– Making your garment to order allows you the freedom of customising it! 

You can choose your garment lengths, pocket options, neckline and preferred fit. If you have a special request (IE longer sleeves or epaulette holders, simply pop us a mail and we can happily make your scrub dreams come true)

Once you place your order on our website, our locally based team of sewers will laycut and sew each garment, according to your style, size, length and colour preferences. If you have chosen to add embroidery, your items will then be sent to our embroidery department. After this, your order will be checked by our QC department, packed and sent to you. Our production lead time for standard orders is currently 15 to 20 working days. For orders with embroidery, this lead time may be a few days longer.

As Greens Medi has grown rapidly, we are currently in the process of training new staff to shorten lead times, while remaining sustainable. Thank you for your patience and for supporting local!
