ARE YOUR SCRUBS MADE IN SOUTH AFRICA?
YES, we make every single pair right here in South Africa! Local really is LEKKER!
WHAT FABRIC DO YOU USE AND IS IT BREATHABLE?
YES all of the fabric we use is breathable – we know how busy healthcare professionals get and we know that you need to keep cool under pressure.
HELP, I HAVEN'T RECEIVED AN ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL?
Our system automatically sends order confirmation, once your order is placed. If you are using a Gmail or Hotmail account, your order confirmation might land up in your spam or promotions folders.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
GreensGo sets are sewn, packed, and ready to be sent to you. Our team will dispatch your set with the courier the next business day. If you choose to add embroidery, the lead time will take approximately 3 - 6 working days, prior to courier collection.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, once your order has been sent off you will receive a tracking number via email or sms and you can track your order on www.fastway.co.za
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Due to the nature of our business we unfortunately cannot accept returns for the following reasons:
- Each set of scrubs is made to order and most scrubs are embroidered with a custom name that cannot be removed. We are more than happy to assist with sizing however it is the customers responsibility to make sure they've ordered the correct sizing- For safety reasons we aren't able to resell scrubs that have already been sent out and returned. Please refer to our returns policy for further information
Shipping
LEAD TIME AND SHIPPING
GreensGo sets are sewn, packed, and ready to be sent to you. Our team will dispatch your set with the courier the next business day. If you choose to add embroidery, the lead time will take approximately 3 - 6 working days, prior to courier collection. South African National Standard door-to-door deliveries are R140. Shipping takes 1-4 days for major centres.
Please note: GreensGo Express Shipping is charged separately from our Standard Shipping for our customisable collection. We do not recommend ordering from both collections at the same time.
GREENS MEDI SUPPLIES will not be held liable for any damages or losses incurred due to the incorrect delivery address or incorrect or absence of recipient. Once an order is sent with the courier, it is the customer's responsibility to follow up on the tracking number.
EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of our business, we unfortunately cannot accept returns for the following reasons:
- Each set of scrubs is made to order and most scrubs are embroidered with a custom name that cannot be removed. We are more than happy to assist with sizing however it is the customers responsibility to make sure they've ordered the correct sizing.
- For safety reasons we aren't able to resell scrubs that have already been sent out and returned.
Please note that we have a no cancellation policy for orders placed.
DAMAGED/INCORRECT DELIVERY
GREENS MEDI SUPPLIES must be informed within 3 business days of delivery if a garment is damaged or incorrect for a possible exchange. Garments must be checked once received and GREENS MEDI SUPPLIES must be notified of any errors prior to use. Otherwise, the client will be liable for shipping fees.
