HOW LONG DO ORDERS TAKE TO BE MADE UP?

Our standard production lead time is approximately 15 to 20 working days for regular orders. For orders with embroidery, this lead time is expected to be a few days longer.  For larger order quantities, our production lead time is expected to be 20 to 25 working days. However, this is dependent on order size, so please contact us at hello@greensmedi.co.za for a specific lead time for bulk orders. Public holidays and festive season shutdown are not included in this lead time.  Due to high demand for certain colours, we can experience fabric shipment delays from time to time. Outside factors that are out of our control i. e. fabric shipment delays and loadshedding can extend lead times. Unfortunately, these are issues that we have to deal with. However, we will always try to do the best that we can and ensure orders are sent off timeously without compromising quality. As Greens Medi has grown rapidly, we are currently in the process of training new staff to shorten lead times, while remaining sustainable. If a customer is leaving the country, we cannot be held liable for items being delivered after their departure date. Should you urgently require an emergency set of scrubs, please contact us at hello@greensmedi.co.za with your sizing and we will let you know what we have in immediate stock. If you have a query, please email us with your order number and we will update you on progress of your order.  If there are delays, we will advise. Orders will be added to production once payment has been received. South African National Standard door-to-door deliveries are R140. Shipping takes 1-4 days for major centres.

Our system automatically sends order confirmation, once your order is placed. If you are using a Gmail or Hotmail account, your order confirmation might land up in your spam or promotions folders. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Yes, once your order has been sent off you will receive a tracking number via email or sms and you can track your order on www.fastway.co.za

IS THE FABRIC THAT YOU USE BREATHABLE?
YES, all of the fabric that we use is breathable – we know how busy healthcare professionals get and we know that you need to keep cool under pressure.

HOW DO I WASH MY GARMENTS?
Our Active, Premium, and Supa-Lite ranges are machine washable in cold water with a mild detergent. Our Elegant range requires a cold hand-wash. Avoid detergents with optical brighteners as they are harmful to the colour of your garments. Bright colours to be washed separately as certain shades may run. We advise washing like colours together. We recommend using a cool to warm press. GREENS MEDI cannot be held liable for garments that are incorrectly washed or pressed.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Due to the nature of our business we unfortunately cannot accept returns for the following reasons:
- Each set of scrubs is made to order and most scrubs are embroidered with a custom name that cannot be removed. We are more than happy to assist with sizing however it is the customers responsibility to make sure they've ordered the correct sizing
- For safety reasons we aren't able to resell scrubs that have already been sent out and returned. Please refer to our returns policy for further information. 

Please check your garments once received and notify us within 3 business days of any errors prior to use. Otherwise, you will be liable for shipping fees.
